50 claps!! Hallelujah! this is the best article I’ve read about intuitive eating, ever. In my own life I’ve discovered the real key to long-term weight loss seems to be developing the right habits. I am absolutely an advocate of slow weight loss because that has been much easier to do and maintain than any other diet. Most real changes in a life occur in microshifts, yet people expect a dramatic overnight change in there eating habits to stick? You address this and I literally have not seen any other writer do it.
