All those things you write about the 9 to 5 job — I don’t miss those things. I never liked those things. It felt like being a persistent child, in a sense, always having someone to blame or be accountable to. I’m so much happier being a freelancer, and so much angrier therefore that the state of California wants to put this lifestyle to an end.
