Fine wines and vintage guitars? That’s what you consider real wealth, and the land I am beneath my feet is not? Assuming a societal collapse, the things that have value will be things that can be used: guns (unfortunately), Solar panels, clean water (especially in California, where I live), cars, bicycles. Computers and phones, if we’re lucky enough to have regular power and a working Internet. I don’t know what kind of world you’re living in where the worst thing that could happen is the government comes to take your guitars and your bottles of wine. 🙄
