Good article. i’ve lost 70 pounds since 2017 and most of it is due to new and better habits, walking every day, and the mindset that this is my LIFE, not a diet. The one part in your article I didn’t like is where you suggested that the only reasons to lose weight are shame-based. Shame is a great short term motivator, but not a great long-term motivator. Improved health and longevity continues to be my most motivating goal.
