Great article. There are very few situations where it’s better to rent in the long-term. You’re doing amazing after one year, imagine where you will be after 10 years!… and then compare that to where you would have been if you had rented for those 10 years. Oy. People who try to convince others that renting is better than buying tend to be landlords, lol
