HIIT kind of scares me. I’ve had some bad experiences pushing myself too hard while exercising and going into what feels like shock, where I’m cold and clammy and nauseated. I have read a lot about the benefits of it but in a class setting especially it absolutely terrifies me. Weight training I can do, and I walk nearly every day, But the high intensity stuff… I’m too afraid of crossing that line into feeling like death and I don’t know where exactly that line is.
