I am really very happy for you that you have managed to change your mindset and your body, but I didn’t really find anything in this article very helpful. For you, loving your bodyseems to be a magical epiphany that happened to you one day without obvious cause, but that doesn’t tell any of your readers how to re-create that epiphany for themselves. This is fine of course, you are allowed to tell any story you like and it doesn’t have to help other people, but your title kind of implies that reading this will help other people, so you might consider changing the title.
