I can empathize with this, albeit way way way lower on the intensity scale, I realized I couldn’t do a regular exercise program until I decided that I do it every day no matter what. All I do basically is walk, occasionally yoga, occasionally a short and mild stint on the elliptical machine, but I do it every day, and I have lost about 70 pounds in the past four years. And I know your article isn’t about weight loss but about health in general, and that has always been fine for me.
