I don’t know what you mean by “switch it.” I have found that sometimes a few months of maintaining weight (versus losing weight) is necessary for various reasons: usually for me that has to do with work and social obligations, and/or travel and holidays. But I always track what I eat, and I don’t go to extremes. I don’t binge and I don’t overly restrict my calories. On days when I don’t make the best choices, I just try to make better choices the next day.
