I fully understand where you’re coming from, but I think you don’t need to be quite that hard on yourself. Also, trying to make monumental changes overnight is extremely difficult. Start with little changes. Real change happens in micro shifts. Pick one tiny new habit – maybe lay out your clothes for the next morning the night before, or something. Best of luck, I hope you can find a productivity level that you and your family are happy with!
