I had low vitamin D levels for years, until I started taking supplements religiously. On my most recent bloodwork, my vitamin D levels are finally normal. I spend most of my time indoors, I have pale skin, I am always covered when I’m outside because I burn very easily. I’ve also made other positive changes to my lifestyle that I resulted in about 65 pounds of weight loss over the past five years so I’m not saying vitamin D is a miracle drug, but I am wondering if I should keep taking it. I assume my levels are normal now because I started taking it so to stop taking it it might drop off again.
