I have many of the markers of good health, but having an especially low resting heart rate is not one of them. I have an Apple Watch and it’s tracked frequently, so I know that 68 BPM is pretty much the lowest my heart rate ever gets, even while sleeping, and my typical resting heart rate is around 72 or 74. I do low intensity workouts nearly every day, so perhaps it’s time to up the intensity?
