I have read about telomeres before. I really struggle with meditating and mindfulness though. I know there are apps to help, I’ve tried them, I know it can be as little as five or 10 minutes a day, it’s just something that’s hard for me to do. breathing meditation feels particularly restrictive to me. But I walk every day and I am very conscious about how much and what I eat and I am very conscious about getting enough sleep so hopefully the fact that I struggle with one pillar of health isn’t going to doom me :)
