I just don’t like working out in the mornings. I don’t even like walking in the mornings. I’m definitely an afternoon activity person. I will often skip lunch so that I am working out on a mostly empty stomach and that does seem to get me some of the benefits of this, which I’ve heard before, but I hate working out first thing in the morning. It makes the rest of the day just feel blah.
