I love walking. I do it pretty much every day. most days I walk at least 2 miles, but if I don’t have time for that or if I’m feeling unwell or something, I will at least do a 1 mile loop. Since I started doing that in 2017 I have lost about 70 pounds, my knees and back hurt less, and I sleep a lot better. I mean I do other things as well, I count my calories and macros, and I take supplements, but walking has been a huge part of it
