I started questioning conventional wisdom about dietary fat a couple years back, and in conjunction with several other lifestyle changes, eating a high-fat diet contributed to me losing 60 pounds in a little over a year. However, my doctors cautioned me against it - even though I get lab work done every year and the only thing that has ever been out of the safe zone was my Vitamin D. Well, I stopped eating so much fat and I have since started slowly gaining the weight back, despite counting calories and working out every day. This article is a great reminder for me of what worked. Thank you!
