I started to read this expecting BS, but it is all surprisingly pretty darn accurate! About 10 years ago I became aware that my email communication style didn’t work for everyone I was managing, so I worked on being more efficient and effective in my emails. I won’t say that I follow all of your rules all of the time, because I believe sometimes wheels can be greased with a little bit of word fluff, but it’s a very good guide.
