I take birth control pills, not for birth control, but to make living with the cysts in my uterus bearable. The hormones in birth control pills make me hungry. Being hungry all the time makes it extremely hard to lose weight. I was pretty excited to read this article until I realized the author is a man. How nice that you got abs after 50. But is this applicable to my life? LOL.
