I’m intrigued but very skeptical. I’ve heard advice about breathing only through the nose while exercising too and it’s so uncomfortable for me that it verges on painful. I have a constant runny nose and my sinuses are frequently swollen so sometimes breathing through the nose does not get me enough air. But I also sleep better when I keep my mouth shut at night I have noticed. Regardless, thank you for sharing this information, it’s definitely worth looking into!
