I’m sorry where’s the meat of this article? I love dairy products and I’m tired of people milk-shaming. This is a regurgitation of facts that I have read elsewhere, none of them very persuasive. My body loves milk. My ancestors were dairy farmers for generations. The argument that “no other animal consumes the milk of another” doesn’t hold any water because there are a lot of things humans do that other animals don’t do. In fact most things humans do, animals don’t do and have never done. And, cross-species fostering is definitely a thing that happens and has always happened, so it’s more likely than not that on occasion one animal has drunk the milk of another species.
