Kudos to you for finding what works for you, but your implication that everyone should be doing what you do is a little off-putting. You can pry dairy and wheat out of my cold dead hands, but I agree with you about walking. I think you can get much the same benefit of the raw eggs you are eating by eating over-easy or soft boiled eggs and also lower your risk of salmonella in the process, but I haven’t seen any studies, so I will just go with my gut, which tells me that I am going to keep eating wheat and dairy and cooked eggs, because they make me feel good.
