Like many overweight women I have tried pretty much every weight loss system out there, and through trial and error I have discovered that for weight loss to be healthy and permanent it needs to be part of a sustainable lifestyle; a temporary diet doesn’t work. Also if I am losing more than half a pound a week I’m probably losing weight too fast. And also I can’t see how much weight I’m losing or how fast I’m losing it without a couple of months of perspective, so I track my weight daily.
