Mostly very good and common sense advice, but a gallon of water a day is a little bit of overkill. I spent years making sure that I drink at least a gallon of water per day, and I didn’t see much benefit over just drinking water whenever I am thirsty, which for me means I end up drinking between two and 3 quarts of water per day. Still more than most people, and good enough for me.
