My lived experience has been different. I eat a lot of fat, I feel great, the scale shows a lower number the next morning. I eat a lot of carbs, I feel bloated, I crave more carbs, and the scale shows a higher number the next morning. I’m not an advocate of low carbohydrate diets; personally I generally aim to consume about 200 g of carbs per day. But everything I have read about dietary fat is contradicted in this article so I will view your writing with some suspicion as it seems you are regurgitating things that have been told to you without real understanding.
