Oh no, you do not understand the United States at all. Yes, banks do discriminate against Black people. Yes, nearly all banks and nearly all Black people. This $12,000 a year figure that you mention for 2016 —  even three times that is considered below the poverty level. I’m not saying you shouldn’t talk about racism in the United States if you don’t live here, but if you want to be taken seriously and be heard, you need to know a lot more about it.
