OK, purely theoretically, if Russia did launch some thing in the direction of California, how much notice would Californians get that they are in danger? I’m assuming there would be some kind of emergency notification on our phones, like there was in Hawaii when that thing happened a couple years ago where they thought a missile was coming. What do you think? I’m thinking we might get a few hours’ notice, depending on how transparent the US government decides to be about it.
