So you are labeling anything that is not intuitive eating as disordered eating? That’s a very bad thing to do. Intuitive eating doesn’t work for most people, and by that I mean it makes them even fatter and even unhappier. I have two cats. I have feed them the same amount of food every day I have always fed them the same amount of food every day. One is 18 pounds and one is 9 pounds. The big girl is fat. She also has a larger frame but she’s got a lot of fat on her too. My cats don’t know anything about diets or intuitive eating, so what explains the difference? genetics, baby. And that’s why intuitive eating makes *me* fat and makes *you* judge everyone who isn’t doing “intuitive eating”
