The first part of this article is very methodical and unbiased, and I appreciate that very much! But are you suggesting that people should eat low carbohydrate forever? because if it’s just temporary and they stop, then when they do restart eating carbohydrates their insulin is going to go up, right? and by low carbohydrate do you mean no bread, no crackers, no pasta, forever? That’s just not realistic.
