The part I’m confused about is that early in the pandemic we were told not to wear N95 masks because they don’t prevent my exhaled particles from leaving my mask. And when I flew in September, the Flight Attendantswouldn’t allow me to wear my respirator, which is by far the safest mask I have. Also since I earn money by singing, I need to say that singing in an N95 mask or a respirator is damn near impossible, so I wear a fairly loose fitting surgical mask when I do that, because otherwise there’s no point.
