This aligns so much with my intuition and personal experience. I count calories and macro nutrients but I do not count or limit my salt and anyone who tries to tell me that I should do so get a blank stare from me because I have never noticed feeling anything negative except maybe a feeling little bloated after eating salt. My husband takes salt tablets because he is a runner and he was getting dizzy before he was getting enough salt. Thank you for researching and publishing this important article; I hope the mainstream medical community can get behind it too.
