This is a great article, but I’m afraid the people who most need to read it would never click on the headline. My alcohol use has been slowly declining over the past couple decades; I just don’t like how it makes me feel the next day. And it’s expensive as hell, interferes with weight loss, interferes with my ability to drive… there are several alcoholics in my family. I don’t know why I’m not one; I don’t know why I was able to make a logical choice instead of the choice everyone else seems to make which is to just keep drinking anyway, despite the drawbacks?
