This is really good information to have! I have been using a sleep app for almost a year now to track my sleeping and it’s been kind of discouraging to realize that just because I’ve been in bed for 8 hours doesn’t mean that I have gotten 8 hours of sleep. However, the app tells me that I get about 4-5 hours per night of deep sleep which seems to be well above average - so maybe it’s OK that I struggle to get more than 7 and a quarter hours of actual total sleep per night?
