Unless I count calories, I gain weight. Period. It’s possible my brain doesn’t work right, because I always want to eat more than I need to. Perhaps it’s because I’ve been on hormonal birth control for so long (on and off for about 30 years) and that affects my appetite, but I need to be accountable. I don’t feel deprived or tired, I walk and/or do yoga and/or use my elliptical machine every day, I have lost 60 pounds over the past of the years but I still am overweight, but I generally feel good. It’s occurred to me that I have an eating disorder, but every time I take an Internet quiz about it i’m told I’m fine because I’m not actually thin, LOL.
