Well I didn’t understand most of your response, but what I meant was that people overleveraging themselves to buy homes can end up being a bad thing. If you want to feel intellectually superior, you can throw more industry terms at me, but that doesn’t change the fact that getting in over your head in debt can end up biting you in the ass when the market collapses. 🤷‍♀️
